These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Foody Guide mobile application ("the app"), developed and operated by Aidar Galimov ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Foody Guide is a curated guide to cafes and restaurants. It shows a selection of places with information such as photos, categories, menus, phone numbers, and social links, and lets you browse them on a map, filter by category, and save favorites.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. The app, its design, and its content (excluding third-party venue information) are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Most of the app works without an account. To sync favorites and your profile across devices, you can sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in provider account secure. You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Venue details (opening hours, menus, prices, phone numbers, locations) are curated manually and can change without notice. We do our best to keep the catalog accurate, but we do not guarantee that any information in the app is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm important details with the venue directly. We are not affiliated with the venues listed and are not responsible for their products or services.
The app relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase (data, analytics, crash reporting) and sign-in by Google and Apple. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services being unavailable.
The app is provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features, or discontinue the app entirely, at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. Sections 5, 8, and 9 survive termination.
